Role: We have been proud to act as the Architect of Record and Engineer of Record on behalf of several franchisees of Tropical Smoothie in multiple states. We have developed new ground up restaurants as well as tenant finish outs and enjoy our continuing role as a knowledgeable and experienced development partner.
Project Description: Tropical Smoothie has a delicious and healthy fast casual menu with easy online ordering, drive thru, and dine-in options which makes our staff frequent patrons as well.
